I am Interaction Design and Instructanal Designer. I am good at these jobs because I love to design stuff. I look forward to working in a team because I won't have to worry about doing it all myself. The most challenges of working together is one person wants to do one thing and the other person wants to do another thing. We could over come this by talking to the whole team and doing majorieded rules.
